Payment Methods
All orders must be paid in advance of shipping. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. When paying by Credit Card, we will invoice you in Canadian Dollars, and your Credit Card Company will do the conversion, and bill you according to the Daily Exchange Rate. You may also pay via International Money Order.


Shipping
Orders are shipped via Canada Post from our base in Sparta, Ontario Canada. Orders are sent either Express Post or regular post with insurance within Canada, by International Express Post where permitted or Surface, with insurance, for tracking purposes where possible (not available in all countries) Every effort is made to ship as quickly and efficiently as possible at the lowest cost. I can give you an estimate on the rates and will notify you of the final cost before shipping. Please do not send a Green color USPS Money Order as they are non-negotiable here in Canada.

Shipping is based on size, weight and destination of the package.
There is a minimum $10.00 shipping charge.

After ordering, you will receive an invoice notifying you of the shipping charges added to your order along with a link to pay via Paypal.

International Shipping Policy
Yes we ship internationally! No minimum order – we would like your business, but why not take advantage of the buy 4 and get the 5th one free offer on our Rhea Life Products…for a Healthy Lifestyle. (Does not apply to meat, eggshells or Rhe-imune)

What is required?
Cities Permit - this is issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Canada Customs. This is mandatory for all exports outside of Canada. Cost is $80.00 Canadian and is usually obtained within 2 - 5 business days.

Certificate of Health – is optional dependant on the requirements of your border for the importing of rhea eggshells. Cost is $25.00* Canadian and is usually obtained in 5 – 7 business days. *Note: fees are subject to change and you will be notified if this is the case.  The fees are payable by the customer.

For eggshells, there is a boxing charge of 12.00 per box of 20 or more. A handling charge of .75 per shell for orders of less than 20.

Every effort is made on our part to ensure the safe arrival of your order. We will use bubble-wrap, double box or use a heavy box, put in extra padding etc…but we cannot be held responsible for breakage once the parcel is on its way. Customs officials may open the parcel to inspect and we cannot guarantee that they will re-pack it properly.

When the request to ship by Surface is made and insurance is not available in that country, we will not be held responsible for loss or damage. We strongly recommend that the parcel be shipped by International Express post or whichever method saves you money but where insurance is available.

A copy of any certificates, your sales receipt and copy of your credit card slip is mailed to you under a separate envelope to ensure your privacy from Customs Officials.

There is a minimum $5.00 fee for mailing a sample of rhea oil. Samples of rhea oil will be mailed only in Canada, unless you wish to pay for a Cities permit.

Shipping of Large Items
For large items such as eggshells, whether shipped within Canada or International, additional shipping charges may apply. After ordering you will receive an invoice notifying you of the additional shipping charge and link to pay this balance. International orders will require a CITIES permit, cost of $80.00 Canadian funds. Your order will not ship unless this balance has been paid. If after receiving this invoice you decide not to go ahead, all monies paid will be reimbursed.

Return Policies
We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy
We will accept returns on orders within 10 days (you must contact us first), of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges), if returned intact. There are no returns or exchanges on any meat products or eggshells. We do our best to pack eggshells to prevent breakage but cannot guarantee non breakage especially after customs officials have opened the box. Meat is only shipped via refrigerated trucking and only within Ontario. If an error has been made on your order, we will gladly pay for reshipment.

In Addition: If you are returning an order from outside Canada:
You may incur fees that carriers charge us to bring the order back across the border. You will also be required to get a CITIES permit in your country, to import the product(s) back into Canada. Any costs incurred to get this or any other permits will be your responsibility.
